Help! Need an evening snack idea!
I have to find a good evening snack. I seem to get hungry after dinner and before bed. Right now I want to go into the kitchen and stuff my face, but I can’t if I sit here and type.
No aerobics for me today. I am taking the day off of exercise, but not diet. I have to relearn to eat. Back to exercise tomorrow. To be honest, I’m hoping for a little sex before bed to make up for skipping aerobics. Besides the point is to get hot and sweaty, right?
low fat micro pop corn? that is what people always tell me when I forget abt it!

You can pick any one of the following for a 100 calorie snack:
1 Fat-free yogurt (the 100 calorie type)
1 Apple
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 mini bag of popcorn
1 serving of Quaker rice cakes (6-7 cakes depending on which flavor)
1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
1/2 cup of Dreyer’s “slow churned rich and creamy” low fat low cal ice cream (most flavors are between 100 and 120 calories)
1 banana
1 Low Fat String Cheese stick
If I’m feeling healthy, I like to snack on apples. But when I’m craving something sweet, its always nice to have low fat ice cream around. The weight watchers ice cream bars and cones are pretty good, especially since they are 140 calories and have 4 grams fiber (if I remember correctly) so you feel fuller for a longer amount of time.

how about a grahm cracker with peanut butter spread on… yummy
def try some peanut butter and a couple crackers or an apple. a teaspoon of pb will help satiate you and the protein in it tricks your body into thinking you got alot more.
I do high protein bars like Pure Protein, has 18-20 grams protein. Eat with a full glass of water, you’ll be full for a while! I get out of work at 7pm and by then, I’ve eaten dinner, etc so it’s so hard to come home and not eat. Especially if hubby and kids are eating dinner when I get home. But protein bars saved me many a time. Good luck!
